TO CONFIRM A DATE AT THE WHITE ROOM WE REQUIRE:

A 50% non-refundable deposit based on a mutually agreed upon quote and a signed renters contract

Black Linens:

for banquet tables and high-tops for under 75 guests = $100

White Linens:

for banquet tables and high-tops for under 75 guests = $200

RESTRICTIONS:

Decorations: No wax candles, glitter, confetti, confetti balloons, color powders, adhesives, fog, mist and bubble machines

Kids supplies: No markers, crayons, stickers, soap bubbles, throwing balls, etc

Painting supplies: No paints of any kind; fabric paint, paint markers, acrylic, oil, etc

Aerosol Sprays: No use of any type of aerosol sprays, cans, tools or equipment; compressed air, gas, or fluid.

Music: (Thursdays and Fridays) moderate DJ/music volume 6-9pm (as a courtesy to neighboring businesses)

Bar service: (beer, wine and spirits + soda and seltzers | cash or open bar options | plastic ware | bar service closes 20 min before the official end time of all events)

CATERING GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS:

The White Room has no required caterers.

Located in the same building as The White Room, Birchtree Bread Co is a convenient source for weekday breakfast, lunch and dinner catering during Birchtree’s regular business hours.

Caterers new to The White Room are required to schedule a walk through of the venue to review logistics; parking, food prep areas, food service areas, special requirements, etc.

Caterers are responsible for providing all food equiptment; chaffing dishes, canned heat, serving utensils, etc

The White Room is best suited for buffet style food service.

The White Room is ideal for food that is prepared off-site and brought in fresh and ready to warm with chafing dishes and serve.

No outdoor grilling with propane or charcoal permitted.

No indoor air or oil fryers permitted.

All dishware, glassware, utensils and catering equipment must be removed from the venue the same day (no overnight storage of used dishes, glasses, utensils, equipment, etc).

The rental customer and/or their caterers are responsible for table clearing of used cups and dishes during the course of the event. The White Room provides trash barrels and trash bags.

Recyclable, disposable and/or compostable dishes, cups and utensils recommended.
