To confirm a date at The White Room we require:

A 50% non-refundable deposit based on a mutually agreed upon quote and a signed renters contract

Optional Add-Ons available with The White Room Rental:

HD Video Projector with 8ft video projector screen = $100

Black Linens for banquet tables and high-tops = $150

White Linens for banquet tables and high-tops for under 75 guests = $200

White Linens for banquet tables and high-tops for over 75 guests = $250

Ceremony Chairs (white resin chair, includes set-up and breakdown)

Restrictions:

Decorations: wax candles, glitter, confetti, confetti balloons, color powders, adhesives, fog, mist and bubble machines

Kids supplies: kids markers, crayons, stickers, throwing balls, etc

Music: (Thursdays and Fridays) moderate volume before 9pm

Catering and Table Clearing

The White Room has no required caterers.

Caterers new to The White Room are required to do a on site walk through at the venue to review logistics; parking, indoor/outdoor food prep areas, food service areas, special requirements, etc.

The White Room is best suited for buffet style food service.

The White Room is ideal for food that is prepared off-site and brought in fresh and ready to warm with chafing dishes and serve.

All dishware, glassware, utensils and catering equipment must be removed from the venue the same day (no overnight storage of used dishes, glasses, utensils, equipment, etc).

The White Room asks a $250 “Clean Patio Deposit” for caterers using outdoor grills, ovens, etc, that may stain the red brick patio and driveway with grease, oil and food byproducts. Deposit refunded if no staining has occurred.

The rental customer and/or their caterers or food service providers are responsible for clearing tables of used food dishes and beverage ware during the course of the event or by the end of the event and placing waste in trash barrels. The White Room provides barrels and trash bags.

Recyclable, disposable and/or compostable dishes, cups and utensils recommended.

Not included in The White Room Rental

Food service, catering (The White Room has no required vendors)
